After taking a long break from posting new articles and videos, I’m happy to announce that HHB Life is back in full swing. And now I can offer you more insights and help on the hottest wellness and beauty trends, and health topics with my newly completed Certificate of Sports Nutrition and Performance from Washington State University.
I decided to continue my education last year, after being inspired by some wonderful people in the sports and wellness industry that I met on my travels. I think we can never have too much education, and we can continue learning and acquiring new knowledge and skills at any age.
I have learned a lot about the broad subject of Nutrition, including functional foods, sports nutrition, weight loss strategies, and general knowledge for public health through proper diets. By learning to differentiate proper scientific research and valid peer-reviewed studies from mere myths and anecdote-based writing, I feel more confident in writing my own articles and discussing topics related to all areas of nutrition on HHB Life.
