Open-faced Turkey Avocado Sandwich

Turkey Avocado SandwichThis is a great idea for lunch whether you have it at home or take it with you to work. This healthy sandwich is under 300 calories and contains a complete set of nutrients that your body needs!

Ingredients:

1 slice of whole-grain bread (toasted)
¼ of avocado (mashed)
4 medium slices of turkey breast
Tomato, cucumber, Lettuce, Onion (optional)

Directions:

  1. Toast a slice of whole-grain bread
  2. Mash ¼ of avocado with a spoon and spread it on the bread
  3. Top it with 4 slices of turkey breast
  4. Slice a tomato and cucumbers (as much as you want)
  5. Top it off with a lettuce leaf, and if you like, a few slices of onion
