Tabbouleh Salad,Is Tabbouli good for Dinner ?
A perfectly light dinner, with a wonderful taste for those on a diet. This appetizer can also be used as a salad with variety of foods and will make your table very colorful. This material is suitable for 4 people.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup bulgur
1/2 cup green onion
2 tomatoes
1 1/2 cups parsley
1 pcs cucumber
3 Tablespoons olive oil
1 cup boiling water
3 Tablespoons lemon juice
Salt and pepper
Instructions:
First, pour the bulgur in a bowl, then add 2 tablespoons olive oil and mix well. Then add the boiling water to the bulgur and cover the bowl with plastic.
Set aside the bowl for about 15 minutes, them rinse the bulgur to drain off. Now pour the bulgur in another bowl. Chop the onion, tomato, cucumber and parsley in order and add to the bulgur.
In the final, add salt, black pepper, lemon juice and 2 tablespoons of remaining olive oil to the salad. We have to mix the ingredients well to make them perfectly uniform. You can also chop garlic and add to salad ingredients if desired.
Is Tabbouli vegan?
